About Reverend Vito

I would like to introduce myself to you…my name is Vito Anthony. I’m glad you found me. I would like to share a little bit about my life with you…I was born in the Chicago land area in the summer of 1980, and raised with a Roman Catholic background. In my late teens and early adulthood, I found myself to be a natural born speaker and performer; my free-spirited and ever-inquisitive nature led me to become an ordained minister. I have a great deal of respect for the Church. It provides a community for people, and makes people feel whole. I think that’s really important. In certain situations, some people look for alternatives to the Church. That’s where I step in: I’m here to provide people of any cultural or religious background with a platform to celebrate their love for each other. In addition to marriages and commitment ceremonies, I also perform renewal of vows, funerals, pet funerals, corporate/business ceremonies and naming ceremonies. It is my goal to provide you with the absolute best ceremony, for whatever occasion it may be. I like to set up a casual meeting free of charge, where we can discuss and share ideas. I think it is important to make sure that we share the same vision and expectations, so the experience is both beautiful and memorable for you and your guests.

Most likely, your wedding is the single most important day of your life up to this point, and my goal is to make it special and unique. Whether it is a traditional ceremony, or a customized ceremony--or anything in between or beyond--I would like to provide you with a special ceremony, suited to your exact needs. The beautiful thing about weddings today is that they are limitless in how they are perfomed. I am available for any situation your mind can conceive. No matter how large or small, near or far (I’m willing to travel out of state or country if need be) whether you have it at the beach, on the moon, in a restaurant or at a zoo. Be it in The Sahara Desert or in a beautiful garden, I promise I will do my best to make sure that it is the best wedding you or any of your guests have ever been to. Satisfaction guaranteed. Just to let you know, you are required to obtain your marriage license at the County Clerk’s Office in advance, no more than 60 days and no less then 24 hrs before the wedding. It is important to mention that you must obtain your marriage license in the county where the actual wedding ceremony is being held, rather than the county of your residence. If you don’t know where to go, I have a complete listing of all the necessary information for you. Please make sure you bring a government issued ID to the County Clerk’s office in order to obtain your license. Bring your license to the wedding, and I’ll handle the rest for you. $250- $600

Commitment Ceremonies

Commitment ceremonies allow couples who, for whatever reason, do not wish to enter into a legal marriage but wish to declare their love for one another in a public forum. Commitment ceremonies are ideal for same sex couples or anyone who just wants to have a memorable adventure of love. Celebrate your love for one another in the company of your loved-ones. You’ll be glad you did. You even get to have a huge party afterwards if you like! What could be more fun than that? Commitment ceremonies are similar to weddings, but are not legally binding. Following the ceremony, you will receive a nice certificate to remember this special occasion by. More importantly, you will have a truly meaningful and romantic ceremony that will remain in your hearts and your memories for a lifetime. $250- $600

Renewal of Vows

What better way for a couple to express their love for one another then to renew their vows? For many couples, who have either been together for a long period of time, or who have recently fallen back in love, the vow renewal is a great way to remember the happy years that have passed, celebrate the present, and to embrace the years to come. Whether it is a celebration of a milestone anniversary, or a newfound commitment to one another, my goal is to provide you with a ceremony that you will remember for the rest of your lives. You can choose to renew your original vows or write new ones more appropriate for your current circumstances. Together we can meet to create a wonderful and unique experience for you and your loved ones. $250- $600

Pet Ceremonies

Often, a pet is considered a member of the family, and their passing is one of much grief and sorrow. It is my goal to provide you with a ceremony that will allow you to honor your loved one, and allow you to begin the process of closure. It is increasingly popular to have a pet cremated and have their ashes scattered at a special place of remembrance. Formal burial is also a common choice after the parting of your loved one. The arrival of a new pet into the household marks a period in which new and exciting changes are to follow, similar to the arrival of a newborn baby.I can assist in welcoming your new member of the family into your household with a very special and unique ceremony. The ceremony includes a formal naming, and also involves a commitment from the young ones in your family to be responsible and to care for the new family addition. $200- $300

Corporate / Business Ceremonies

Are you launching a new business or product? Beginning a new project that is of great importance to your business? Many businesses today will have a ceremony to mark a new beginning or grand opening with a ceremony. Since all of your hard work to launch your business is finally coming to fruition, why not celebrate with a dignified ceremony? My goal is to provide you with a ceremony that will suit your exact needs, as well as to bring you positive energy for a new and prosperous beginning. If you’re naming a building, boat, truck, or a racehorse, an official ceremony is appropriate. Breeders consider it lucky to name a new racehorse before its first race, as do ship owners prior to putting a new vessel out to sea for the first time. For whatever occasion, your launch will be truly memorable. $400- $1,000

A funeral for a loved one can be the most difficult experience of your life. It is my goal to provide you with a ceremony that will give you an opportunity to pay tribute to your recently departed loved one, and to ease you into beginning the process of grieving. Today, funerals need not be a strictly religious event. Many people today do not have a religious affiliation, yet still need someone to conduct this difficult yet momentous occasion for them. It is my goal to provide you with a ceremony suited to your exact needs, whatever the situation may be. Together, we can plan a ceremony that will be dignified, unique, and special. $300- $500
